This pan is great for cooking stirfrys especially this delicious Ginger Beef Stirfry

Ingredients:
-200g Beef Steak
-1/2 cup of Beef Stock
-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
-2 tsp Cornflour
-1 tsp Sugar
-1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
-300g Asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
-1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms
-1 cup Brocolli
-4 Green Onions

Method:
-Cut the Beef Steak into bite-size strips
-In a small bowl combine the Beef Stock, Soy Sauce, Cornflour and Sugar and set aside
-Stirfry the Asparagus, Mushrooms, Brocolli and Green Onion in your Stoneline 32cm Gourmet Frying Pan for 4-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender
-Remove vegetables from the Frying Pan and add the Beef Steak and Stirfry for 2-3minutes or until cooked through
-Add the sauce and then stir until thick and bubbly
-Return the vegetables to the Frying Pan and stir all the ingredients together and heat through
-Serve immediately on cooked rice
